TECHNICAL FIREARMS ANALYSIS
Evaluation grounded in documented observation.
Todd’s firearms work extends beyond instruction to structured technical evaluation of firearm function, controls, safety features, ergonomics, reliability and equipment suitability.
His professional opinion work reflects a disciplined approach: define the question, document the conditions examined, distinguish observation from judgment and explain limitations. The scope of any case-specific evaluation depends on the materials and testing available.
This is a description of analytical experience, not a published product review or endorsement.
An expert’s role is not to advocate for a party. It is to provide professional expertise that helps the court understand issues requiring specialized knowledge and experience.
